Training Video: Fulfilling Sales Orders | Fishbowl

You’ll find the Sales Orders module under the Sales heading in Boxstorm. All of your sales orders will be listed here, and all you have to do is click on one. Then you either print a physical pick ticket or you click the Fulfill button on the top right of the module and go through your warehouse with a digital pick ticket on your smartphone or tablet to help you pick the right items to fulfill the sales order.

You can also partially fulfill a sales order, which is covered in this video. Send an email to the customer to let them know that their order is on its way to them, along with an automatically attached invoice. In addition, you can print a physical invoice if you want to include it with the shipment.
