Training Video: Inventory Control | Boxstorm

A little while back, we talked about how to add items in Boxstorm, and now we’re going to explain how to add inventory quantities to those items.

This video will guide you through this process. You’ll notice that the Inventory icon has changed since the video was made. But you should be able to find it with ease because it’s still in the same place. It just looks like a box now.

Anyway, go into the Parts module and click on an item’s Inventory icon to the right of it and then the Add button in the popup window. Choose a location, quantity, unit of measure, unit cost, and add any notes you might want to include about the item.

Once you have some inventory in stock, you have the following options:

• Add
• Remove
• Move
• Cycle count
