Training Video: Adding New Items | Boxstorm

Adding items to your inventory is fundamental to the inventory management process. This video provides a quick overview of exactly how to do that in Boxstorm. Simply go to the Parts module, click on the New button, and then fill out all of the information about the new item in the popup window.

There are three inventory types you can select from:

• Inventory
• Service
• Shipping

Each of these plays an important role in how the item is listed on an invoice. There are other important things to keep in mind, which you’ll find in the video above.
