Item Import via CSV File | Fishbowl

This video focuses on importing an item list in a CSV file, but the same principles apply to adding customers, vendors, locations, and many other things in Boxstorm. By importing a whole bunch of items to your inventory system via a spreadsheet, you avoid having to do the same thing manually, adding each item one by one.

There’s a sample CSV file that you can download to make sure everything in your spreadsheet is in the proper format. The categories on this spreadsheet that you may want to use for your items include:
