Boxstorm Integrates with QuickBooks Online | Boxstorm

Boxstorm® integrates with QuickBooks Online to ensure every significant change you make to your inventory gets reflected in your accounting records. Boxstorm exports all of the appropriate data to QuickBooks Online. This eliminates the need for double data entry and ensures all of your records match up perfectly and reflect the most recent data available.

Boxstorm makes the appropriate debits and credits to the accounts in QuickBooks Online marked Inventory Asset, Inventory Adjustment, Scrapped Inventory, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Cost of Goods Sold, Sales Retail, and Discount Expense when the following changes are made to Boxstorm:

• Inventory add
• Inventory cycle increase
• Inventory cycle decrease
• Inventory remove
• Sales order exports as invoice
• Sales order discount items
• Sales order miscellaneous sale
• Sales order miscellaneous credit
• Sales order credit return
• Purchase order exports as bill
• Purchase order credit return

You will have to add tax rates to Boxstorm and QuickBooks Online if you want to include the appropriate sales tax in your orders. Tax rates can’t be exported from Boxstorm to QuickBooks Online. But still, this is a great tool that saves a lot of time and prevents all sorts of potential problems inherent in double data entry.
