Taxes
The Taxes module is accessible to admin users and stores a list of sales tax rates.
Create a New Tax Rate
To create a new sales tax rate, click the NEW button. Required fields (Name, Agency, Rate) are marked with an asterisk.
Agencies can be created in the Vendors module.
Search for a Tax Rate
To quickly find an item, start typing in the Search field. Click a result in the list to open it.
Filter by a Tax Rate
1. To perform a more advanced search, click the Filter Taxes button on the top left of the page. Select a filter to search by from the list and click the Apply button. Multiple filters may be added at a time.

If a certain filter will be used frequently, you have the option to
save that filter for future use. Simply click the
Save icon next to the filter’s name. This will create a tab for that filter at the top of
the page where it can be quickly loaded again at any time. To delete a saved filter, click
the
X next to the filter’s name.
View the History of a Tax Rate
Click the
Show History
button to see an Audit of the tax agency. Click the
Column Settings button to customize the columns that are visible, the
Print button to print the current view, and the
Export to CSV button to export the current view.
