To help keep Boxstorm Forever Free, well, free, you get access to the Boxstorm Help Center, which offers in-depth articles and training videos on a variety of modules and tools found in Boxstorm. You won’t be able to talk to support staff, but that’s okay because you will most likely find the answers to your questions right there in print or on video. If you are not on a Boxstorm Ultimate plan and you want to use phone support, each incident costs $25.
Boxstorm Basic users gain access to email support, in addition to the resources in the Boxstorm Help Center. When you have a question or concern, you can send an email to your support representative, and they will respond as soon as possible to help you figure out a solution.
Boxstorm Premium gives you yet another support option. Not only can you email Boxstorm’s support staff with questions, but you can also chat with them online during regular business hours. That way, you can resolve issues and get answers in real time. If you are not on a Boxstorm Ultimate plan and you want to use phone support, each incident costs $25.
